T.J. Karanasios, PT, MBA has been in clinical practice since 1990. He graduated from the University of New England school of Physical Therapy. He immediately began practicing at the same time as commencing his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University.
Over the years he has specialized in the field of orthopedic sports medicine. He is an active member of the New Hampshire chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association. T.J.'s expertise is an innovative approach integrating strength training concepts and muscular balance for the rehabilitation of injured individuals.
T.J. is the acting Administrator and Partner at Derry Sports and Rehab in Derry, New Hampshire, and is well known and respected within the community.
Jean earned her Associates of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Hesser College in 2009 and has since been working in the outpatient orthopedic setting, primarily with the geriatric population. On a regular basis Jean is treating patients with joint replacements, rotator cuff repair, and a wide variety of orthopedic injuries and disorders. She is committed to providing professional, compassionate, and individualized care of her patients so they can return to the activities and tasks they enjoy. Jean is certified in the Graston Technique and has strong manual skills. In her spare time she takes pleasure in cooking, gardening, and various outdoor activities.
Erin earned her certificate in Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy in 2007 from Seacoast Career Schools. Erin has worked in pain management, family medicine, and pediatrics. She has been working in healthcare for the past 7 years.
Outside of work Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys running and participates in many local races.
Meghan graduated from Colby-Sawyer College with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2014. Prior to graduation Meghan completed a rotation at Derry Sports and Rehab in the spring of 2013 and a rotation at a pediatric clinic in Concord. Meghan hopes to return to school to receive her Masters in Occupational Therapy and pursue a career as a pediatric OT.
In her free time she enjoys spending time on Cape Cod with family and friends.
