Rte. 28 North to Derry Traffic Circle, then straight on 28 Bypass. Left on Tsienneto Road, right into Overlook Medical Park.
From Londonderry:
Rte. 102 to downtown Derry traffic light. Left onto Manchester Road, past Hood Plaza. Right at the traffic light onto Tsienneto Road, left into Overlook Medical Park.
From Raymond:

T.J. Karanasios, PT, MBA has been in clinical practice since 1990. He graduated from the University of New England school of Physical Therapy. He immediately began practicing at the same time as commencing his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at New Hampshire College.
Over the years he has specialized in the field of orthopaedic sports medicine. He is an active member of the New Hampshire chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association. T.J.'s expertise is an innovative approach integrating strength training concepts and muscular balance for the rehabilitation of injured individuals.
T.J. is the acting Administrator and Partner at Derry Sports and Rehab in Derry, New Hampshire, and is well known and respected within the community.
Individual Staff Backgrounds
Laura Xintaras-Labore, DPT received her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in Boston in 2003. After graduating she worked at Northeast Acute Rehabilitation Hospital in Salem, NH. In July 2004, Laura accepted a position at Derry Sports & Rehab to further her professional experience as a physical therapist. Laura has attended continuing education courses in myofascial release, Mulligan mobilization, and many seminars for various neurological disorders and equipment.
Brian Lavigne, PT A lifelong resident of southern New Hampshire, Brian is a graduate of Manchester Central High School. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of New England (1996). He began his career with Derry Sports and Rehab in 1998 where he practiced until January 2007. He transferred to Salem Sports & Rehab to continue his practice and take on more administrative responsibilities.
Brian’s entire career has focused on the rehabilitation of orthopedic conditions. He has pursued advanced coursework in strength and conditioning, sport injury rehabilitation, general orthopedics, and manual techniques. He is also actively involved in clinical education and internship programs with local students Outside of his profession, Brian is a competitive road cyclist and cross-country skier as well as an avid outdoorsman.
Gwen Sippel, PTA received her Associates Degree in Physical Therapy at Hesser College in 2004. After graduating she accepted a position at Derry Sports & Rehab as a physical therapist assistant. Her primary interest is with therapeutic strengthening programs. Gwen is also a certified aerobics instructor for a local health club in Manchester, NH.
Bill Gould, PTA/COTA received his associates degree in Physical/Occupational Therapy from NHTI, Claremont NH in 1993. Bill has been working for 12 years in an outpatient/inpatient orthopedic setting and has recently joined the Derry Sports & Rehab team. Bill spends his free time enjoying the outdoors of New England, especially camping and fishing.
Sarah Guyer, OTR/L received her Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Boston University in 1991. She carries a Physical Agent Modality Certificate. Sarah began her career in acute rehabilitation. She advanced to clinical and operational oversight of a rehabilitation department. She also engaged in multidisciplinary staffing for multiple contracts. The last four years, Sarah has worked in the outpatient sports rehabilitation environment. Sarah specializes in treatment of the elbow, wrist, and hand. Apart form her job; she enjoys time with her two sons.
Nancy Buckley, PT, MS graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in 1991 and spent 8 years working in law enforcement and child advocacy before entering graduate school. She received a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from MGH Institute for Health Professions in Boston, MA in 2001. She began her career at Newton Wellesley Hospital, treating patients in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. She joined Derry Sports and Rehab in July, 2002. Her interests span both the orthopedic and neurological spectrum. She has expanded her education with continuing education classes focusing on the foot and ankle, biomechanics of gait, the lower extremity, lumbosacral region, the Mulligan approach and functional rehabilitation. Nancy uses a combination of manual techniques, therapeutic exercises and patient education to maximize her patients’ recovery and function. Outside the clinic, Nancy enjoys spending time with her young family in a variety of outdoor sports and recreational activities.

Our Professionals
Jen Netto, PTA Jen received her Associates of Science degree from Hesser College in May of 2005. She then joined Salem Sports & Rehab in February of 2007. Jen enjoys working in an orthopedic setting with sports related injuries. In her free time, she likes spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities, sports and four-wheeling.
