FREE ATHLETIC INJURY ASSESSMENTS

Salem Sports and Rehab will be offering FREE athletic injury assessments to the athletes of Salem, Pelham and Windham.

In conjunction with
The Safe Sports Network of the Manchester area, our Certified Athletic Trainers, will determine the nature and severity of the injury and the best course of treatment or triage.  If appropriate we will perform up to 3 free treatments.  If further diagnosis is required
we will work with our network of orthopedic physicians to make sure your athletes are seen as quickly as possible.

As a community service and our way of giving back, our Athletic Trainers are currently working in the
High Schools of these communities, this program will be
an extension of
that service. 

This is a drop-in clinic but not a substitute
for and ER visit,
with hours
Wednesday 5:30-7:30, and Thursday 5:30-7:30, or by appointment.
