Jennifer Ireland, DPT, Administrator: Jennifer Ireland, DPT, earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Northeastern University in 2007. Jennifer practiced at a private sports medicine and orthopedic clinic in Boston for a year before moving to NH. She is passionate about working with patients of all ages, especially pediatrics. Jennifer continues her education attending seminars on innovative treatments for shoulder, ankle, and spine injuries. Recently, Jen attended courses on Torticollis, Vertigo and Incontinence. Outside of the clinic Jen enjoys spending time with her husband, Patrick, in Manchester working on their new house. Jen is very avid in volunteering throughout the community, as well as participating in charity events such as the Breast Cancer 3 Day.

Sarah Passanisi

Sarah Passanisi, PT, DPT: Sarah received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2014 after receiving her B.S in Exercise Physiology in 2011. She developed a passion for physical therapy while being treated for gymnastics injuries. She uses a combination of therapeutic exercise, sport-specific training, manual therapy and patient education to help patients achieve their goals. She is an avid runner and participates in running half marathons. In her off time, she enjoys working out, snowboarding, wakeboarding and spending time with friends and family.

Todd Ratcliffe

Todd Ratcliffe, PT, DPT: Todd received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Rivier College in 1999 before going onto Physical Therapy school where he graduated from Simmons College in 2003 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Since then he has worked for Out Patient facilities focusing on Orthopedic and Sports rehabilitations which included treating High School, College, and Semi-Professional sports team. One of his internships included studying at the Burdenko Water and Sports Institute learning techniques in Aquatic Therapy for the whole body. He has also taken many Manual Therapy courses to continue to improve his skills to meet the needs of his patients.


When not treating patients Todd enjoys cruising in his classic car, boating of all kinds and grilling.

William Gould

William Gould, PTA, COTA: Bill Gould graduated from NHTI Claremont, NH in 1993 with his associates in Physical and Occupational therapy. Since then Bill has worked in outpatient PT facilities focusing on orthopedic sports injury and surgical repairs. Bill has taken numerous courses for manual techniques for a wide variety of conditions. In his spare time Bill enjoys running, working out and time with his family.

Joanne Larco

Joanne Larco: Joanne joined Sports and Rehab in 2006.  She has 26 years of experience in healthcare insurance billing and office administration and enjoys the challenges of working with the various insurance companies, meeting, assisting building relationships with our patients.


On the personal side, she is married with three grown children and three grandchildren.  She love to shop and entertain family and friends at my home.


Larissa Pickett

Larissa Pickett, OTR, CHT: Larissa Pickett, OTR and CHT, offers her expertise to you, serving as a certified hand therapist and occupational therapist, with 24 years of experience. She specializes in the upper extremity/upper quadrant. She graduated from University of New Hampshire in 1993, while obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy, and completed her Masters Degree at Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, she has had extensive training from the Philadelphia Hand Center and from various other providers and surgeons.


Larissa has started numerous programs ranging from work conditioning, to hand therapy, to pre and post-surgical programs for communities, based on need. Specifically, she treats orthopedic, pre and post-operative episodes, and neurologic conditions, transitioning patients back to functioning. Treatments offered may consist of manual therapy, splinting, nerve/tendon/joint mobilizations, dynamically balanced upper extremity program, modalities such as neuromuscular electrical stimulation, laser treatment, iontophoresis and ultrasound, swelling control, scar management, graded strengthening, neuromuscular facilitation and activity of daily living/work re-training. She has served in many communities from New Hampshire to Florida, producing excellent outcomes, by providing you with the techniques, designed solely for you, to reach your goals.
