"I would like to write to you about my recent experience with your facility. My Physical Therapist was Kelly Vadala. I felt very comfortable in her care. She worked with my right wrist and arm. Kelly took a professional and personal approach to my therapy. She would modify my treatment plan according to my specific needs. Kelly is a wonderful physical therapist who works towards getting a patient the best care possible. I feel very fortunate to have had her as my therapist. She is more than qualified to deal with her patients, as she is knowledgeable and skilled in her field. Without Kelly’s expertise, I don’t think I would have progressed as far as I have. Also, any time I called the Salem Sports & Rehab office, I always had a receptionist answer my call. All of the receptionists are knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with on the telephone.
