What is a deductible?
A deductible is the amount of money you pay for eligible medical expenses before your health insurance begins to pay.
What is a coinsurance?
A coinsurance is your share of the cost of the medical services rendered between you and your insurance company. A coinsurance is typically figured as a percentage of the amount allowed to be charged for services.
What are your benefits?
Call the number on the back of your insurance card. When speaking to the customer service rep inquire about your outpatient physical therapy benefits.
